How to use 

 

Adults: Mix 5 g (2.5 level 5 mL metric spoons) of powder in 200 mL of hot water and/or milk and consume immediately. Take once daily, 30 minutes before bed, or as professionally prescribed. 
 

Sleep Ritual™ can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product. 

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from sunlight. Always use a dry spoon.  

Bacillus coagulans may affect the way some medicines work, including immunosuppressants. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines.
